Scope of Application	For cooling during Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) of various metal materials; also suitable for cooling in metal cutting processes.
Performance Characteristics	This is a low wire-wear, high-efficiency cutting emulsifiable paste specially developed for high-speed WEDM cutting at 15,000–20,000 mm²/h. The concentration must be adjusted according to different cutting requirements. Produces a uniform, bright white surface with no reversing stripes (after cleaning with kerosene). Suitable for high-efficiency cutting at currents up to 15A, with a maximum cutting efficiency of 20,000 mm²/h. The mixing ratio should be selected based on the cutting energy. The generally recommended concentration is 1:40–1:50; when the cutting current exceeds 10A, increase the concentration to 1:10. It can achieve a comprehensive cutting efficiency of >10,000 mm²/h and a surface roughness of Ra < 1.5µm on "MS-WEDM" after one rough cut and two finishing passes. "Nano-Film" electrode wire protection technology ensures low wire wear, long service life, and prevents wire surface damage. Suitable for processing mold steel with a thickness of 0–500mm and is applicable for multi-pass cutting.

Appearance and Precautions	The product is a brownish-yellow paste and becomes a pale milky white fluid after dilution. When replenishing the fluid, please add both the paste and water according to the specified ratio. Before the cut is complete, use a magnet to secure the workpiece to prevent it from falling and breaking the molybdenum wire. When increasing the cutting current or workpiece thickness, please increase the concentration of the working fluid.
