Mixing Ratio	1:5–1:50 (depending on processing conditions). Dilute directly with tap water (avoid using hard water such as well water or groundwater). Purified water is recommended for best results.

Scope of Application	For cooling during Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) of various metal materials; also suitable for cooling in metal cutting processes.
Performance Characteristics	This product is specially developed for ultra-high-efficiency cutting at 25,000–30,000 mm²/h. The concentration must be adjusted according to different cutting requirements. Produces a uniform, bright white surface with no reversing stripes (after cleaning with kerosene). Suitable for high-efficiency cutting at currents up to 20A, with a maximum cutting efficiency of 25,000–30,000 mm²/h. The mixing ratio should be selected based on the cutting energy. The generally recommended concentration is 1:40–1:50; when the cutting current exceeds 10A, increase the concentration to 1:10. "Nano-Film" electrode wire protection technology ensures low wire consumption, long service life, and prevents wire surface damage. "Powerful Chip Removal" technology ensures excellent chip removal from the cutting gap and is suitable for cutting extra-thick workpieces over 1000mm. For this application, a mixing ratio of 1:10–1:20 is recommended.

Packaging	2 kg per plastic bottle, 18 kg per case (2 kg × 9 bottles).
Appearance and Precautions	The product is a brownish-yellow paste and becomes a pale milky white fluid after dilution. When replenishing the fluid, please add both the paste and water according to the specified ratio. Before the cut is complete, use a magnet to secure the workpiece to prevent it from falling and breaking the molybdenum wire. When increasing the cutting current or workpiece thickness, please increase the concentration of the working fluid.
